How to Register for CCC Placement Exam

In order to take the CCC Early College Placement Exam, students must have a username and password in order to access the exam on the student portal.

Students who have never taken a course at CCC must complete the CCC admissions application and wait for it to be processed. Applications take between 24-48 hours to create. Therefore, if you are planning on taking the Early College Placement Exam, you must create an account AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXAM.

Students who would like to participate in testing can register for the exam using the attached instructions:

Please keep in mind that in order to register for testing students must create a CCC account before May 1st.

Due to the cancellation of advisory and in order to minimize the disruption to instructional time, the Early College Entrance Placement Exam has been rescheduled to take place AFTER SCHOOL on the following dates:

MAKE-UP Testing (ENGLISH)

Time: MAKE-UP Testing (ENGLISH) on Wednesday, May 31st from 1:45 PM - 4:15 PM

Time Limit: 2.5 hours (Students typically finish within 90 minutes)

Location: Library

Retake Policy: Students are only able to take the exam ONCE A YEAR. Therefore, if you do not pass the exam, you are unable to take courses until the following school year. Please keep this in mind when registering for the placement exam.

MAKE-UP Testing (MATH)

Time: MAKE-UP Testing (MATH) on Wednesday, May 31st from 1:45 PM - 4:15 PM

Time Limit: None (Students typically finish within 90 minutes)

Location: Library

Retake Policy: Students are able to take the exam up to FIVE TIMES IN A YEAR.
