The Halloween Attendance Dance will take place this Friday October 26 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. 

Eligibility requirements are as follows: 

• Students must not be falling any classes.
• Students must submit family income form.
• Students must have no more than one absence between the dates of October 10-26, 2018.
• Seniors must have proof of meningitis "MCV4" vaccines.
• Freshman must have an updated physical with immunizations on file
• No disciplinary infractions
• Costumes should be school-appropriate and are only allowed during the dance. 

Doors will open at 3:45 pm. Parents, please arrive at 6:45 pm to pick up students, the dance ends at 7:00 pm.
