Password Reset During Closure

Many student's passwords will expire during our time out.

Please make sure to visit portal.id.cps.edu and update your password before the expiration date. 

If you are unable to log-in, use the "forgot password" option on the same page to set a new password.

Lastly, if you are still unable to log-in you can fill out this form here. Please note you will need a copy of your ID. We are unable to process any resets with out a proof of your Student ID.
