Fee Payment procedures during Covid19

Dear parents, 

We have set up fee payment procedures to assure the safety of our students, parents and staff. We will use this process to support parents in making 2019/20 reduced fee payments and previous year’s fees.  Our goal is support all in these hard times but we also want to assure you that these fees are used to support all the learning that we provide our students whether they are in school or remote learning.  We appreciate your support.             

  1. Request an account statement from Ms. Jaimes or Ms. Bermudez:  Email: cjaimes9@cps.edu or lbermudez2@cps.edu 
  2. You can pay in cash or money order only.  Personal checks are not accepted.
  3. Put the payment in an envelope:  Write your name, ID #, and each fee (amounts) that you are paying. 
  4. Fees will be collected from 9 am to 1:30 pm on Monday- Friday. 

  5. Payments will be accepted through the front entrance by security. 

  6. A security officer will issue paper receipts for each fee that is being paid. 

Parents are also able to pay with a credit card through their parent portal account. Click on the 3 bars on the top left and a fee section will come up to pay.  There are additional fees for using this method. 

  •  Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order anyone coming to the building will have to have a face covering and practice social distancing (6 ft. apart). 
  •  All business will be conducted between the front entrance doors and the building will not be accessible for any reason.
