Yes, you can nominate yourself. Yes, you can nominate more than one student for each category on this form. No, you don't have to enter a nomination for every category. You will only be able to submit this nomination form once. Once the nomination deadline is over, yearbook will send out a form to vote for the winner from those nominated.
