CPS has opened the Fall 2021 Survey to all families for you to share feedback on the upcoming school year, including what health and safety protocols are most important to our community moving forward and how we can best support you and your students when the new school year begins. It will also help clarify how you prefer to receive information from the district.

This survey, available at CPS.edu/FamilySurvey, is completely anonymous, and responses need to be submitted by Friday, June 18.

This survey is not about opting in or out of in-person learning for the fall. Most CPS students will attend school in person this fall, but CPS is also working on a virtual learning option for children who cannot return due to medical reasons. More information on this plan will be shared with families soon.
