Vaccination Services for Students at Goode

On October 5, 2021, the CPS Medical team will be providing the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination to students, and the second dose will be on October 26, 2021. The Medical team will be at Goode from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on both days. If you are interested in your child getting the vaccine, please see the attached flyer and register your child.
